Class A CDL Drivers

Job Summary

Class A CDL drivers with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years are hired for dedicated accounts delivering freight in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC. They receive a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment, with full benefits after 60 days and 3-5 days of training.

• Pick up loads at the distribution center just outside Front Royal; trailers are preloaded and hook‑and‑go.
• Unload 2‑4 stops per trailer using conveyor belts; no inventory or merchandising duties.
• Return to DC after each load and complete the next assignment.
• Maintain the truck during a 34‑hour home reset period.
• Complete required drug testing and safety training.

Daily salary of $215. Additionally, drivers receive $300 for every trailer unloaded.

• Home weekly (weekends not guaranteed). Drivers may take trucks home but must park tractor and trailer.
• Orientation in Dayton lasting ~2 days; company pays transportation, hotel, meals, and $85/day.
• Training generally 3‑5 days at the daily rate of $215/day; truck will be provided after training.

• Class A CDL with at least one year of verifiable driving experience within the last three years.
• Pass all drug tests (no failures or refusals). Urine drug test only.
• Must be willing to complete training with potential double‑bunk or truck assignment.

• Full benefits after 60 days.
• Option to bring a rider, a dog, or a pet after training; renters and pets allowed under conditions.
