• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bill of lading and secure keys for accuracy in off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, complying with commercial driving regulations and maneuvering safely on road and customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely.
