Prospect Blue is partnering with a client to fill a Dispatching Assistant role that supports daily terminal operations. This fast-paced position acts as a central link between drivers, operations staff, and customers to keep pickups and deliveries on schedule.
You will assist dispatchers with load planning, driver assignments, and route coordination, and you will enter shipment data in the TMS with high accuracy. Strong communication and organization are essential in a high-volume environment.
