Norfolk Southern is seeking a Train Conductor to oversee the safe and efficient movement of freight trains. You will build trains, couple railcars, and manage inspections while following safety procedures. No prior railroad experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.
This is a seniority-based position with on-call availability 24/7, and up to 2–3 days away from home weekly. You must join a union within 60 days after completing training and meet FRA drug and alcohol screening
