Our fleet includes 16-foot and 24-foot box trucks equipped with cutting-edge technology to help you succeed on the road.

Job Overview

Join our team as an XL Box Truck Delivery Helper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of oversized packages and goods. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy physical work, and take pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain performance metrics related to attendance, safety, and delivery efficiency
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness
• Safely load and unload oversized packages, using proper equipment and techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer service, professionally addressing inquiries and concerns
• Utilize Amazon's delivery technology, including mobile apps and handheld devices, to track and update delivery statuses

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 70 lbs solo, and up to 300 lbs with team support and material handling equipment (MHE)
• Walk a 15-minute mile at a brisk pace and regularly climb stairs
• Work in varied weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold
• Must be able to drive and navigate delivery routes safely

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Possess a valid Virginia state
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in using GPS navigation tools without assistance
