Inventory Auditor Job Details

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Inventory Auditor Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily shipping and receiving records in SAP for inbound and outbound loads
• Organize and process inventory withdrawals into truckloads; update perpetual inventory for all shipments and reversals
• Verify accuracy of paperwork, shipping documents, and proof of shipments; maintain accurate and organized records]
• Operate forklift as needed to support inventory and material handling operations
• Communicate add-ons, cancellations, and urgent shipping updates to supervisors and team leaders
• Support scale room operations and monitor dropped trailers and import containers
• Assist Inventory Department with filing, documentation, and supply management

Inventory Auditor Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification or at least 3-6 months forklift experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
• Solid math and analytical skills for reconciliations and reporting
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience strongly preferred
