Inventory Accuracy Associate - Nights

What You Will Do

The BDC Cycle Counter Team Member is primarily responsible for ensuring data integrity in the Lowe's DMS and HOST locator systems, researching and resolving discrepancies when necessary. The role supports operations by performing routine cycle counts of inventory to verify system quantity and physical quantity are correct, following processes and procedures. It performs timely and accurate counts, researches and documents issues, supports multiple departments with inventory discrepancies, proactively identifies errors, corrects potential problems, offers proactive solutions, and performs any other duties as assigned.

Travel is not required.

Work a set schedule that may change based on facility needs. Availability to work morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends depending on assigned shift, with overtime as required. Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with typical physical and environmental aspects. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and up to 70 pounds.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Post-secondary education
• Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
• Experience in distribution center operations
• Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or data management system (Lowe's DMS preferred)
