Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Richmond, VA Pay: $18-20/hour Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime & weekends during peak season)

Now Hiring Reliable Warehouse Associates! Qualified Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Associates for one of our trusted clients. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll pick and prepare orders, operate warehouse equipment, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Prepare shipments and help meet daily deadlines
• Use equipment like electric pallet jacks and sit‑down forklifts (if trained)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow safety policies and company procedures
• Work with your team to meet productivity goals

• Previous warehouse or order‑picking experience preferred
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance
• Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons
