We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to be part of something special from the early days. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new operation, and play a hands on role in shaping new processes and ways of working.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management or ERP systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports and track stock levels.
- Update records for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with carriers and suppliers.
- Track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Process customer and internal orders through warehouse systems.
- Monitor picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain documentation related to orders and returns.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with transportation providers.
- Assist with planning storage locations and warehouse space utilisation.
- Support logistics and supply chain operations.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and records.
Assist with compliance and safety documentation. - Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and customers.
- Support warehouse management with operational reporting and audits.
- Previous warehouse or administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- $40,000
