Order Puller-Friction

Job Purpose:

The Order Puller-Friction at MOMENTUM USA INC is responsible for efficiently and accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipment. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive the correct products in a timely manner, thereby supporting the company's commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order specifications.

Verify the accuracy of orders by checking quantities and product codes.

Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting shortages.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Experience with order pulling or similar tasks is preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
