Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

Ferguson, a leading distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound and inbound operations at our facility.

Monday–Friday, 12pm to approximately 9pm, overtime as needed.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to scan and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in facility cleanliness and accident prevention.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and wearing a safety harness with a max weight capacity of 400lbs.

• 3–5years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
• Forklift experience (plus).
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, strong work ethic, and self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Pay range: $17.41 – $26.11 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
