Location:

Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $21/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards
• Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation
• Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Handle problem resolution to maximize associate performance and address operational issues

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
