Victor Products is seeking a Warehouse Foreman to lead their warehouse team in Richmond, VA.

• Lead and supervise a team of 7–8 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee inbound receiving and outbound freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Schedule and route trucks to support efficient deliveries and pickups.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize workflow and meet customer deadlines.
• Train, coach, and support team members while promoting a positive and accountable work environment.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain an organized, safe warehouse.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational delays.

About the Company: Victor Products sells a full line of concession equipment and supplies, everything for popcorn, caramel corn, snow cones, cotton candy, nachos, hot dogs, and corn dogs. They also manufacture Top Hat brand fountain syrups and Sundae toppings as well as Victor’s Candy Apple Magic and Dipsy Dog corn dog mix that are sold all over the country.
