Responsibilities

  • Determine optimal stock levels, identifying potential shortages or overstocks, and recommending appropriate replenishment levels while adjusting as needed.
  • Perform MRP report to identify and suggest replenishment stock orders within ERP system.
  • Conduct daily bill of material planning reviews to initiate sourcing and purchasing requirements.
  • Maintain inventory part information within ERP system.
  • Work closely with sales and operations to forecast and maintain appropriate equipment stock levels.
  • Implement and maintain key inventory planning metrics.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in inventory management and demand planning.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and other key performance indicators.
  • Support company initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity goals and objectives.
  • Compile inventory reports and issue them to management when required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of warehouse inventory analysis, management, and analysis, or similar experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated aptitude for maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a climate-controlled factory. Stand continuously for long periods of time. Wear safety clothing and equipment. Able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders to access various parts of a machine. Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
