Job Description

 Are you an organized inventory professional who enjoys supporting maintenance operations and ensuring critical spare parts are available when needed? As a Maintenance Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting maintenance and production teams by managing spare parts, consumables, and equipment inventory while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations at LEGO Manufacturing Virginia.

 Compensation & Schedule
 Starting Pay: $25.55/hr

Schedule:

Train on day shift; upon completion, transition to a day (6 AM - 2:30 PM) or night (2 PM - 10:30 PM) shift schedule

 Shift Differential: 10% for Night Shift ($28.10/hr.)

 Responsibilities

 - Supply spare parts, consumables, and equipment to internal customers in a timely and accurate manner.
 - Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials from the Warehouse/Receiving team.
 - Maintain the spare parts warehouse in an organized, clean, and 5S-compliant condition.
 - Perform daily and weekly cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
 - Execute inventory transactions in SAP, including goods receipts, goods issues, transfers, and adjustments.
 - Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, overstock conditions, and critical stock concerns.
 - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.
 - Follow established escalation procedures for supply, inventory, and system-related issues.
 - Assist with tracking and controlling critical and high-value spare parts.
 - Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure part availability.
 - Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse operations and inventory control.
 - Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper material handling and storage practices.

 Basic Qualifications

 - Experience in a spare parts warehouse, MRO, inventory control, or related environment preferred.
 - Knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures, including cycle counting and min/max inventory management.
 - Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred.
 - Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, tracking, and basic formulas.
 - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 - Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material flow processes.
 - Proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

 - Previous experience supporting maintenance spare parts inventory within a manufacturing environment.

- Experience with SAP inventory transactions and reporting.
 - Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) inventory practices.
 - Experience participating in 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement initiatives.
 - Understanding of warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices.

 Compensation

 The salary for this position has a range of $25.55 - $25.55 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
