Tri-Jay Tire Distributors Inc. DBA K&M Tire / Southeast Wholesale Tire. Founded in 1985, we are an independent family‑owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire dealers in 5 states. We have 5 wholesale distribution warehouses:
Hickory NC, Richmond VA, Walterboro SC, Raleigh NC, and Greenville NC.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager for our K&M Tire location in Richmond VA. This person will have a good work ethic, be energetic, and maintain a positive attitude to ensure daily operations are efficient and provide excellent customer service. This is a hands‑on position: the manager will handle tires daily, must operate a forklift, and lift 30‑100 lbs.

• Work with DC Manager to manage employee hours/over‑time.
• Schedule inbound freight loads.
• Manage logistics for deliveries to customers.
• Greet walk‑in customers for pickup.
• Manage fleet maintenance/repair.
• Coordinate building maintenance repairs as needed.
• Route check‑in.
• Bank deposits.
• Inventory organization.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team leadership.

$48,000 - $53,000 per year.

• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
