Brown Distributing Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate-Picker on the 2nd Shift to support the Operations Team. You will operate an electric pallet jack, pick beer and related products using a voice-based pick system, and build stable pallets by account.
Training starts at $20/hour with a transition to case pay (minimum 180 cases/hour) plus a biweekly $350 performance bonus. Expect 40–50 hours per week, with seasonal March–November schedules and a winter schedule.
