Warehouse & Delivery Associate

Tire Hub, LLC, a national tire distributor backed by Bridgestone and Goodyear, is hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Associate in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will receive, store, pick, and load tire inventory and complete local deliveries to dealers and retailers. You will safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment, use inventory systems and RF scanners to ensure order accuracy, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

You'll interact with customers and teammates daily, supporting fast, reliable delivery and helping drive continuous improvement in a fast growing distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming tire inventory
• Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery to customers
• Deliver tires safely and on time to local dealers and retailers
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Use inventory systems to scan, track, and reconcile stock
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Communicate with customers and teammates to resolve delivery issues
• Inspect delivery vehicle and report maintenance needs
• Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives
