Allocating:
- Accurately pick food items based on delivery routes and culinary asset orders pulled from the system.
- Organize, label, and stage products for designated deliveries, ensuring completeness and readiness for transport.
- Collaborate with culinary and logistics team members to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming food supply shipments, ensuring accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Verify that received items match purchase orders and report any discrepancies to a manager/supervisor.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages, overages, or inconsistencies.
- Assist with trash, cardboard, and recycling disposal.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace in line with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain clear walkways, shared work areas, and hallways for safe movement.
- During slower times, proactively assist in other operational or culinary support areas as needed.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, culinary, or food service setting preferred.
- Familiarity with food storage, stock rotation, and inventory management a plus.
- Basic technology and scanning system skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds during loading, unloading, and product movement.
- Ability to push and maneuver full pallets or ingredient containers with a pallet jack.
- Regular bending, walking, twisting, lifting, and standing for up to 8 hour shifts.
- Frequent work in refrigerated and freezer environments with cold storage conditions.
- Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 7-3PM Friday & Saturday off!
- Full-Time:
- $18/hr
