Forklift Operators

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and product handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $22/hr weekly pay

Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks to move, load, unload, and stage products and materials.
• Check inbound and outbound products for damage, infestation, and proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Ensure all safety standards and OSHA regulations are followed during operations.
• Assist in physical inventories and perform routine equipment inspections.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certification or completion of a forklift training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of six months warehouse experience and forklift operation experience is desirable.
• Ability to operate powered material handling equipment for 80% of the shift.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

• Base rate of $21/hr with an additional $1 differential weekly pay.
