Job Purpose:

The Order Puller-Friction at MOMENTUM USA INC is responsible for efficiently and accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipment. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive the correct products in a timely manner, thereby supporting the company's commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order specifications.
• Verify the accuracy of orders by checking quantities and product codes.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting shortages.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with order pulling or similar tasks is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
