What Will You Be Doing?

• Develop and execute an effective business plan to expand and grow our ASHP installer network
  .
• Adopting highly personable skills, to identify and engage with potential new installers, promoting the advantages of becoming a Daikin installer.
• Pro‑active prospecting by hosting industry breakfast meetings and attending trade show events with our Daikin Sales Van
  .
• Nurture new installers by collaborating with the Residential Hub & Technical Training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

About You:

• Confident, ambitious and self‑motivated to build relationships.
• Excellent ability at influencing early stages
  , in order to build a solid pipeline of new installers across the region
  , by showcasing the benefits of partnering with Daikin.
• A basic understanding of air source heat pumps and the wider heating industry, would be highly advantageous.
• Flexible and dependable individual, willing to travel across the region, as required daily.

Interview 1:
Introduction and Exploration Call
