Ridgecrest Regional Hospital – Ridgecrest, California – Sales (Full time)

We’re looking for designated Surgery Buyers who are excited to support the daily operations of our Surgery Department through effective purchasing and inventory management. In this role, you’ll coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, support patient supply chain processes, and ensure appropriate charge capture within hospital systems.

• Purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for the Surgery Department in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
• Manage operating room inventory and patient supply chain processes.
• Apply and monitor supply‑related charges accurately within hospital systems.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control and replenishment activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and purchase‑order software to support purchasing operations.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure adequate supply availability and operational efficiency.

• Current LVN or CST licensure to practice in California.
• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience, including inventory management, patient supply chain operations, and hospital charge application.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and industry‑standard purchase‑order software platforms.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and maintained.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities; fluency in written and spoken English.

Compensation: $25.68–$38.52 per hour.
