We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations of a single retail location. The role includes recruiting, training, and leading associates, ensuring financial targets are met, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day store operations and staff to achieve performance and financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor associates.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety, ADA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation.
• Report performance metrics and utilize data to drive continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in retail or food‑service management preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work within a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Serve Safe or similar food‑safety certification desirable.

$29.50–$32.50 per hour, based on location and experience.
