Description
The Defense Systems Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in our Ridgecrest, California office. This role supports the AEWTTR mission, providing engineering support for design, modification, and maintenance of ground radar and associated devices for the Navy's Aircrew Electronic Warfare training capability. Responsibilities include oversight of shipping and receiving of all goods and materials, tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting using a computer system, and preparing materials for shipment.
Responsibilities- Kitting components for manufacturing production
- Material handling
- Inventory management, organizing and maintaining inventory in compliance
- Data entry & order processing
- Receiving, verifying, inspecting incoming parts/materials, and shipments against records and packing lists
- Shipping management, order fulfillment & goods receipts
- Support packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound shipments and returns within warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with warehouse operations
- At least 1 year of prior experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Willingness and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance if needed (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Willingness to work onsite in Ridgecrest, CA
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, and Excel (not required)
Pay range: $35,750.00 - $64,625.00. Employment benefits include competitive compensation, health and wellness programs, income protection, paid leave, and retirement.
