Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate ED RN professionals who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you’ll offer attentive monitoring, carry out care plans with sensitivity, administer medications with precision, and communicate clearly and with empathy. Patient Care & Treatment

Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and to contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure to practice in California
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
RN experience in Emergency Department
Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
BLS certification required and maintained
ACLS certification - required within 1 year of employment and maintained
PALS certification - required within 1 year of employment and maintained
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
Ability to provide leadership aligned with hospital goals, policies, and mission
