Job Description

We’re looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who are excited to support patients and providers through clear, timely communication in a fast-paced clinic setting. In this role, you’ll manage incoming calls, coordinate care needs, relay important clinical information, and help ensure patients receive the right level of care at the right time. We value strong clinical judgment, organization, empathy, and collaboration, and we’re excited to welcome a teammate who brings these strengths to our growing clinic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming patient phone calls and assess the urgency of symptoms or concerns
  • Return voicemails and relay test results in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with providers regarding patient needs, updates, and clinical questions
  • Coordinate with pharmacies for prescription refills, clarifications, and prior authorization needs
  • Relay accurate and timely information to patients, providers, and clinic staff
  • Document all patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in the EMR
  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Support clinical team operations and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment
Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with providers, medical assistants, and front office teams to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications
  • Current LVN license in good standing
  • Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Dermatology preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care coordination
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
