The role includes attentive monitoring, implementing care plans with sensitivity, administering medications accurately, and communicating clearly and empathetically. Responsibilities:

• Offer holistic and patient‑centered nursing care aligned with the hospital’s values.
• Support patients and families through clear education and collaborative decision‑making.
• Work closely with the interprofessional team to deliver patient‑focused services and promote overall well‑being.

• Current RN licensure to practice in California
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• RN experience in Emergency Department
• Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
• BLS certification required and maintained
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained
• PALS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
• Demonstrated Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
• Leadership aligned with hospital goals, policies, and mission
