We’re looking for compassionate Clinical Nurse II professionals dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. The role includes attentive monitoring, implementing care plans with sensitivity, administering medications accurately, and communicating clearly and empathetically. Nurses create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes patient and family well‑being while exercising clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy within trusted care guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Offer holistic and patient‑centered nursing care aligned with the hospital’s values.
- Support patients and families through clear education and collaborative decision‑making.
- Work closely with the interprofessional team to deliver patient‑focused services and promote overall well‑being.
- Current RN licensure to practice in California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- RN experience in Emergency Department
- Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
- BLS certification required and maintained
- ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained
- PALS certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
