In this role, you’ll ensure efficient patient flow during scheduled clinics, work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, and provide care to individuals who may face barriers accessing healthcare.

• Deliver compassionate care to patients in a team-based, specialty clinic setting.
• Facilitate efficient patient flow in the clinic.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Support patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Current LVN licensure to practice in California.
• One-year medical office experience preferred.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with asepsis and sterilization principles.
• Experience using electronic medical records.
• Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to apply Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers.
