About this position

We’re looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support our Cardiology clinic and make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you’ll ensure efficient patient flow during scheduled clinics, work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, and provide care to individuals who may face barriers accessing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients in a team-based, specialty clinic setting.
  • Facilitate efficient patient flow in the clinic.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
  • Support patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Qualifications
  • Current LVN licensure to practice in California.
  • One-year medical office experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required and maintained.
  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
  • Familiarity with asepsis and sterilization principles.
  • Experience using electronic medical records.
  • Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to apply Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers.
