In this role, you’ll offer attentive monitoring, carry out care plans with sensitivity, administer medications carefully, and communicate clearly and empathetically. You’ll help create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes the well-being of patients and their loved ones—often using your clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy, all within trusted care guidelines.

Qualifications- Current RN licensure to practice in California
- Degree in Nursing, bachelor’s preferred
- Two or more years of Labor & Delivery experience
- BLS certification required and maintained
- ACLS certification required and maintained
- NRP certification required within one month of hire and maintained thereafter
- PALS certification required within one month of hire and maintained thereafter
- Annual assessment of EFM principles required
- STABLE certification preferred
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
