Quality Manager

About the Position

Serv Corp (SCx) is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support quality assurance, process improvement, compliance, and operational performance.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving quality processes.

• Support and maintain quality-management processes.
• Monitor operational activities for compliance with established standards.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Review documentation and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct inspections, reviews, and quality assessments as appropriate.
• Track trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to management.
• Support internal reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare quality-related reports and management updates.
• Promote a culture of accountability and quality throughout operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze documentation and identify deficiencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on-site in China Lake, California.
• Ability to satisfy applicable employment, background, and facility-access requirements.

• Quality-management certification.
• Experience with formal quality-management systems.
• Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews.
• Government, defense, construction, facilities, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience developing corrective-action or process-improvement programs.

Compensation will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
