About the Position
Serv Corp (SCx) is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support quality assurance, process improvement, compliance, and operational performance.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving quality processes.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain quality-management processes.
- Monitor operational activities for compliance with established standards.
- Identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Review documentation and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct inspections, reviews, and quality assessments as appropriate.
- Track trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to management.
- Support internal reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare quality-related reports and management updates.
- Promote a culture of accountability and quality throughout operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze documentation and identify deficiencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on-site in China Lake, California.
- Ability to satisfy applicable employment, background, and facility-access requirements.
- Quality-management certification.
- Experience with formal quality-management systems.
- Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews.
- Government, defense, construction, facilities, or other regulated-industry experience.
- Experience developing corrective-action or process-improvement programs.
Compensation will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
