USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective security practices across SAP, SCI, and collateral.;
Act as the Senior Security Specialist, actively participating in and often leading command-supported security exercises and activities, contributing to the command's security posture.;
Serve as a technical authority and mentor, providing guidance to other security personnel while working cross-organizationally through the department.;
Attend security meetings and mandatory training sessions, staying current on security policies and best practices, and representing the command as a subject matter expert.;
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and that appropriate training is provided, while identifying and addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.
