Sr. Accountant

Growing healthcare organization backed by private equity is seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant to join a lean accounting team. This high‑visibility role is within a rapidly expanding company operating across multiple states.

• Manage AP, AR, cash postings, and reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
• Support month‑end close and financial statement preparation
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Handle transactional accounting and detailed data entry
• Assist with ERP transition initiatives and accounting process improvements
• Work closely with leadership on day‑to‑day accounting operations

• Experience working in a small or lean accounting environment preferred
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle accounting operations
• Experience with month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Quick Books and ERP experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required

Determining compensation for this role depends on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range in this geography is a reasonable estimate of base compensation for this position.
