Location:

Ridgefield Park Jr/Sr High School, Ridgefield Park School District, Bergen County, New Jersey.

• Valid New Jersey Instructional 1810 Technology Education, 2522 Carpentry, 2521 Cabinet Making/Millwork license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful resident alien status.
• Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver, or agreement to obtain residency within one year of employment.

Reports to the Principal or Designated Administrator.

Supervises pupils; when assigned, student teachers and teacher assistants.

• Provide an approved education program and establish a class environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
• Help pupils develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a strong foundation for continued education.
• Maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.

Salary Range: $71,500 – $115,425 (Full time, tenure‑track).
