Data Analyst / Business Analyst with Focus on Business Intelligence (Korean Bilingual)
This role is for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence, based in Ridgefield Park, NJ, for 1 year at $6,400/month. Requires Korean/English bilingual skills, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and execution of improvement strategies. Analyze, visualize and automate data processes working independently or with cross functional teams. Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results. Lead business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation. Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables.
Support project team meetings to communicate project status. Support client service tickets related to Business Intelligence (BI) module. Prepare materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, Data Analyst, or in a process improvement role.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities.
• Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results.
• Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners.
• A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially pertaining to sales, operations, logistics, system, and financial functions.
• Korean/English bilingual required.
