Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional capable of developing and managing applications, servers, and networks based on blockchain technology. The candidate will handle customer support, system operation, and development. Extensive knowledge of development, operations, IT, and blockchain is essential, along with the ability to analyze issues and propose solutions based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine system maintenance (Applications, SW Infrastructure) and oversee upgrades to ensure reliability and performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles, addressing technical issues promptly.
• Monitor system data and performance metrics, identifying trends and addressing anomalies proactively.

• Ensure accurate data integration across relevant systems (Samsung Internal, 3rd Party Solutions, etc.).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend best practices.
• Manage customer master data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Java (Java, Spring, Mybatis, Hibernate or JPA), Go, Linux Shell Application Development & Management (+6 years)
• Linux & NT Server Operation (+6 years)
• AWS Operation (+2 years)
• Docker, Kubernetes Management (+2 years)
• Experience in business analysis, system administration, or technical support roles (+4 years)
• Preferably Korean speaking as a 2nd language
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
