Schedule Overview:
This position involves covering 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with additional hours as needed. Patient Population:
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery. Delivery Coverage:
Responsibilities include attending deliveries for high-risk Vaginal Deliveries and C-sections. Resuscitation:
Conducting neonatal resuscitation when required. Procedures:
Performing necessary procedures such as central line placement, intubation, chest tube insertion, and exchange transfusion. Daily Rounds:
Participating in daily rounds in the NICU. Admissions and Discharges:
Managing admissions and discharges in both the NICU and Newborn Nursery. Collaborative Environment:
Collaborating with neonatologists who provide 24/7 in-house NICU coverage. Why Choose Us:
