Level Up Occupational Health is a rapidly growing provider of specialized health compliance for the Home Health Care industry and large businesses . We take the headache out of hiring by managing pre-employment screenings, annual physicals ,and drug testing through our proprietary website/app and employer portal.
We have never lost a client. Why? Because our system works. We are looking for a high-energy, experienced B2B Sales Representative to help us scale our success. If you are a closer who loves building a book of business with recurring commission, this is your next level. There are only 3 players in this space
What You’ll DoHunt & Close:
Prospect and engage decision-makers at Home Health Aide (HHA) companies.
Tech-Driven Selling:
Utilize our high-performance CRM to manage your pipeline, track leads, and stay organized. You will be ahead of most salespeople with our amazing CRM
Consultative Approach:
Demonstrate how our custom app solves compliance headaches, saves the companies lots of overhead and organizes health records for employers to comply with doh.
Grow Your Income:
Leverage a base salary while aggressively building a recurring commission stream through long-term service contracts.
Proven B2B
Experience:
You have a track record of selling services to business owners or HR departments. Healthcare experience preferred.
CRM Savvy:
You understand that if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen. You know how to use data to close deals. We track our salespeople and want savvy sales people.
Would consider Self-Starters:

Communication Pros:
