We’rehiring an Inside Sales Associate - Preview Enrollment Specialist to support live and virtual preview events for prospective students. This role sits at the intersection of sales, enrollment support, and follow-up outreach, helping ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and supported as they explore our educational programs.

What You’ll Do Preview Event Support- Prepare classrooms and meeting spaces for live and virtual preview events
- Set up technology for online “Connected Preview” participants
- Greet attendees, manage check-in, and coordinate seating
- Support presenters and ensure a smooth, welcoming event experience
- Track attendance and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Assist interested prospects with enrollment using e-commerce tools or paper agreements
- Update rosters and distribute daily event and attendance reports
- Follow up with attendees who expressed interest but did not enroll
- Answer questions and provide additional program information
- Log communications, notes, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce
- Complete tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or Education Director
- Ensure all responsibilities are completed accurately, on time, and with attention to detail
- 2+ years of consumer-facing sales experience (3–5 years preferred)
- Background in enrollment events, education, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, polished, and approachable presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- High school diploma required; some college or degree preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
