Pay: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour + OT eligibility + year end bonus - (DOE)
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

The Senior Bookkeeper
- Outsourced Bookkeeping Services is responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting activities for our business clients including, but not limited to, preparation of various tax forms/monthly reports, assistance with balance sheets, statements of net worth, income statements, budgets, cash flow statements, creation of estate plan summaries.
- Works independently in entering transactions from bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual information/ non-tax returns
- Assists in preparation and enters client budgets
- Assist in preparing entity and personal financial statements and customized reports, cash flow reporting and budgeting
- Track, monitor and reconcile all payables and receivables
- Use Quick Books Online, or other cloud-based accounting software, to capture financial data, prepare and print reports
- Creates monthly reports and summaries on performance of investments
- Assist with reconciliation of all bank accounts monthly
- Records and tracks payroll activity for various clients as well as monitoring the withholding of various taxes and other with holdings
- Perform and/or oversee client administrative services such as banking, cash management and bill payment, and document management
- Create/Prepare/maintain accurate digital accounting records, general ledgers, bank and investment reconciliations, work papers and other supporting records
- Process sales and use tax as needed
- Coordinate tax processing with tax department
- Occasional same day travel for work at the client’s offices, meetings, and seminars using a personal vehicle.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
- Proven experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, financial services, private equity, or family office clients is strongly preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years’ accounting and tax experience
- Experience using Quick Books Online or other cloud-based accounting software
- Proficiency in use of computers, including use of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of and sensitivity to confidential information
- Ability to meet time constraints and client deadlines
- Occasional overtime work required throughout the year.
