An experienced Administrative Assistant is needed for the position of Administrative Assistant for the Personnel Department at Central Office effective August 1, 2026.
This is a full year, twelve-month position which has an hourly rate of $36.19 to $41.57.
QUALIFICATIONS- Post secondary education or training and three years of experience in education or five years of secretarial experience in other fields; or graduation from a recognized school of secretarial skills and three years of successful job experience.
- Formal training in and/or job experience with word processing.
- Experience in human resource management and experience in computer applications (EXCEL, Word, Web-based applications).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with faculty and staff.
- Ability to utilize the work day effectively; manage time to meet workload demands and department schedules.
