ResponsibilitiesApply cash receipts, reconcile customer accounts and bank discrepancies, and facilitate the end-to-end deduction management process through the Order to Cash teams. Participate in realization of strategies designed to solve problems, increase efficiencies and/or accomplish team and individual goals.
Qualifications- Skills:
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated excellent customer orientation and service skills.
- Education/
Experience:
Either a BA and 0-2 years of experience or a HS Diploma and 6+ years of experience are needed for this role. - Education:
Bachelor s Degree and/or professional training. - Languages:
English (read/speak/write).
