Schedule: 4-5 days/week (Monday-Thursday or Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM)

- 2-2.5 Hygienists
- 1-2 Dental Assistants
- 5 operatories
- Technology: Primescan, intraoral cameras, Nomad digital x-rays, Wave One endo, CBCT, MIS implants
- Payer Mix: PPO / Fee‑for‑Service
- 20-35 new patients/month
- Average daily doctor production: $3,000-$4,500
- 98% collection rate
- 35% of collections
- Daily guarantee: $850-$1,000 for up to 18 months
- Access to group healthcare
, 401(k), and continuing education - Sign on bonus up to $15,000 (paid at practice's discretion)
- Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
- Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
- one (1) + years of experience preferred
- Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry
- Experience or interest in endo and implants
- Comfortable working independently and building long‑term patient connections
- Start date within 90 days
