Full-Time General Dentist

Location: Ridgefield, CT
Schedule: 4-5 days/week (Monday‑Thursday or Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM)

• 2‑2.5 Hygienists
• 1‑2 Dental Assistants
• 5 operatories
• Technology:
  Primescan, intraoral cameras, Nomad digital x‑rays, Wave One endo, CBCT, MIS implants
• Payer Mix: PPO / Fee‑for‑Service
• 20‑35 new patients/month
• Average daily doctor production: $3,000‑$4,500
• 98% collection rate

• 35% of collections
• Daily guarantee: $850‑$1,000 for up to 18 months
• Access to group healthcare, 401(k), and continuing education
• Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 (paid at practice’s discretion)

• Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
• Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
• Support the growth and development of our teams and practices

• One (1) or more years of experience preferred
• Proficient in bread‑and‑butter dentistry
• Experience or interest in endo and implants
• Comfortable working independently and building long‑term patient connections
• Start date within 90 days
