Special Education Teacher - Ridgefield, CT

Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Prior experience working with elementary-age students

Key Duties:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students unique needs
• Manage and support an elementary caseload of around 18 students
• Regularly collaborate with staff, therapists, and parents to ensure student progress
• Track academic and behavioral goals, reporting on student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and contribute positively to the school community
