Key Responsibilities- Master our POS system to create and manage bookings seamlessly
- Welcome guests warmly, offer beverages, and create a positive first impression
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Manage cash handling, perform daily counts, and make bank runs
- Support stylists by managing schedules and keeping them on time with clients
- Communicate effectively with clients about services, pricing, and expectations
- Facilitate product sales and help clients feel excited about purchases
- Assist with supply orders and maintain proper inventory levels
- Deliver outstanding, 5-star customer service every single day — exceeding expectations
- Support social media and marketing efforts to build the salon's brand
- Maintain a clean, tidy salon at all times (including bathrooms and sink areas)
- Support cleaning and laundry tasks as needed
- Keep the Regional Operations Manager informed of important information via email or phone
- Handle other duties and errands as necessary
- Motivated, upbeat, and reliable with consistent attendance
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping clients
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience (retail, salon, or similar environment)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexible with schedule based on salon needs
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer/printer skills
- Experience upselling products is a plus
- Beauty salon experience is a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
