This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist at our Ridgefield, CT location. The role involves providing comprehensive care services, including evaluation, development of custom treatment plans, rehabilitation, and patient education to improve mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and guide patients through their recovery journeys with empathetic and evidence‑based practices.
Qualifications- Proficiency in disciplines such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or Rehabilitation
- Strong skills in Patient Care and commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized treatment
- Experience with Home Care services is a plus
- Relevant professional licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Dedication to helping patients achieve optimal health and well‑being
