Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut OT license (required)
• Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist in schools, home health, or teletherapy preferred
• Strong understanding of child development, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies for elementary-aged students
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to split time efficiently between two schools

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary students, supporting their educational and functional goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Assess students skills and needs, and document progress in line with school and district requirements
• Integrate therapeutic activities into the school curriculum and daily routines
• Adapt techniques for in-person, virtual, or hybrid service models as needed
