In this highly visible position, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between IT, HR, and Payroll Operations
, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing for our U.S. workforce. You will leverage your expertise in SAP payroll configuration, payroll processing, integrations, data replication, and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement across our payroll landscape.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and a strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving payroll calculation and system issues, supporting enhancements, and ensuring seamless data flow between Employee Central and Payroll.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
